El proyecto MED DESIRE (“MEDiterranean DEvelopment of Support schemes for solar Initiatives and Renewable Energies”) está enmarcado en el Programa ENPI-CBCMED de la UE (“ European Neighbourhood and Partnership Instrument. Cross-Border Cooperation in Mediterranean”) y el objetivo que persigue es aumentar la concienciación de la sociedad sobre la Energía Solar y la Eficiencia Energética, a través de la transferencia de buenas prácticas en los ámbitos organizativos, económicos, legislativos y jurídicos entre los países participantes.
